Students will play the classic role playing game, Dungeons & Dragons, in a fantasy campaign lead by an expert game master. Role-playing games like this build acting skills through collaborative story-telling, and encourage teamwork, building social skills, self-expression, and imagination, all skills important in theatre. Students are welcome to sign up regardless of if they have played the game prior, as camp will begin with a tutorial and character workshop for those who are new. Each session is limited to 8 students (as that is how many can participate in a game together), and will likely fill, to register early. Troubadour Theatre is an approved D&D Educator with Wizards of the Coast.
