-Theatre studio space, about 1600 sq ft available to rent hourly to approved groups for rehearsals, classes, or small performances.

-Stage dimensions are 20' long x10' deep.  

-Curtains for backstage area on both sides of stage.

-Great space for band/music rehearsal, private acting/voice/music lessons, and appropriate for theatre rehearsals with smaller casts, staged readings, or other purposes like art classes, meetups, etc. 

-Chairs/tables can be moved aside to use full space if you need room to move around.

-Classroom area with chairs, tables, chalkboard, can be used for art/crafting classes or other meetings.

-Central A/C and central heat.

-Access to lighting and sound equipment.

-Seating for about 50 for small performances.

-Ongoing renters can store items in indoor storage room.

Fee is $20 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour.  We can offer discounts for ongoing or full day renters.  Please contact via form below for availability.  Renters must have their own liability insurance, with exceptions made for short-term renters with an additional fee.
